Ellinor Ljungkvist is a dancer and choreographer based in Stockholm. She holds a Diploma in Balett and Contemporary Dance from Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, a Bachelor in Arts from the Inter-University Centre for Dance Berlin, Dance, Context, Choreography and a Master in Choreography from The University of Dance and Circus Stockholm.

Ellinor have collaborated with many dancers, choreographers and artists within various roles such as dancer, researcher, mentor, dramaturg and choreographic adviser. But most important, she has established and created her own artistic work mainly. Since 2013 she has choreographed and presented about seven pieces that has been shown internationally as well as national as local. Her work is known for its combination of contemporary dance and conceptual performance art, often with demanding physical and emotional performance based on true events.

Ellinor has received scholarships as Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and Per Eriksson Stiftelse and project support from The Swedish Arts Grants Committee and Dance of Örebro Region for research, production and performance, in relation to shown her pieces at events such as PACT Zollverein Performing Arts Choreographic Centre Essen, Danscentrum Stockholm, ÖBKHL Örebro Konsthall, Theater Martin Mutter Örebro, Örebro Länsteater Nya China, Dansens hus "Late night" Stockholm, HAU 3 Berlin, Tanzfabrik /Uferstudios Berlin, Nordlys Dance Festival Copenhagen, Ravnedans Dance Festival Kristiansand, Theater Skorohod Saint Petersburg and P-noice Festival Manilla, to mention few.
